Travelling allows you to take a break from your Monotonous Life
Does monotony suit you or are you the one who wants a change every now and then? Do you like to stay at home, glued to your gadgets, work relentlessly and finally hit the bed dog-tired? Pal, you need a break. Not just from work, from your daily routine! Certain research has proved that travelling for a short period of time improves your stress-levels, not just during the trip, but also before and after it!
“Traveling – it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.”

Travelling improves your social skills
When you explore new places, its language, cuisine and culture, it gives you something to talk about in your next get-together. While journeying, interacting with locals and strangers is not uncommon. This boosts your confidence levels and transforms the diffident, shy You to a sanguine and positive personality. Shedding your reticent attitude, sparking up a conversation, sharing your amazing trip and adding in tit-bits of your experiences paves way to socialize better, in every way.
It makes you feel grateful and wholesome
Whether it is walking down the streets of Athens, or mountaineering in the Alps, whether it is relaxing in a flower bath in Thailand or observing the tribal lifestyle of the Maasai people or marveling the beauty of Shirakawa, travel opens up your eyes, makes you look within and pushes you to appreciate your life. After a long trek, when you are awarded with the soothing ripples of the stream and phenomenal gushes of the waterfall, you instinctively close your eyes and congratulate on your endeavor. You thank yourself for every moment of your life, the good and the bad. You re-learn to breathe like a baby, feel jubilant and have a sense of triumph. You begin to love yourself even more.
Apart from the health benefits, cognitive advantages and spiritual awakening, travelling helps you expand your outlook on life. It transforms you for the better. It teaches you to let go of your fears and grudges and guides you to accept. Travelling simply enlightens you. Not only does it make you love the world, it also makes you love your Home, appreciate it even more. With such an abundance of reasons to travel, what's stopping you?
